The Lone Gunmen

The Lone Gunmen was probably my favorite tv show ever. It was only 13 episodes but was fantastic. It was a spin off of the X-Files. The pilot episode had a scenario where an airplane was remote hijacked by the gov't almost crashed into the world trade center to cause a war for profit. Weird...

  1. Not too long ago I was watching a documentary on the `truth` behind the Iraq war and a gentlemen`s name came up, Hans Blix. Mr. Blix is a leading specialist on weapon inspection. He was to be a part of the inspection of the supposed `weapons of mass destruction` (http://www.nytimes.com/2010/07/28/world/europe/28blix.html)
Recall from numerous news reports the justification behind our attack on Iraq was because our nation, still in shock and fear given the attack on the World Trade Center not even two years before the beginning of the Iraq war (March 19, 2003), was fooled by our want for justice and our need for patriotism, to the extent that we allowed the invasion of Iraq to take place without any sound evidence. In retrospect, we are talking the quality of evidence they (our government) had was about the equivalent of a 17 year old using wikipedia on a term paper. Apparently, we were supposed to believe there were weapons of mass destruction because a few biological and chemical weapons were found, which lead to a series of one lie after another by yours truly, the United States Government. Turns out, like the above article mentions, there were no weapons of mass destruction, surprise. The irony of the story,
we helped both indirectly and directly support Hussein with finances and materials to beat the war against Iran in the late 1980s early 1990s. Which means, those same bio and chem weapons `we` found and based the decision to begin a war on, were the same ones we helped supply Iraq with a decade before.(http://www.greenleft.org.au/node/26825)
Oppsy. Not to mention, even those were not a threat even if Hussein wanted to turn around and use them on us because the shelf life of chem and bio agents is very short, ranging from a few years to a few months depending on the agent.
The chemical agent that was found and what was used to lead our Nation into believing `there were more weapons just like those found, thus we should act now by going to war` (http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=060622055545.07o4imol&show_article=1)is called sarin. The funny thing about sarin is that its shelf life is quite short, max being months. Now tell me, how could a left over chemical weapon from the late 1980s still be active and dangerous in 2003? Answer, it can`t! (http://www.nctc.gov/site/technical/sarin.html) In a desperate search for some evidence our Nation was in danger due to these `weapons of mass destruction`, they went so far as to lie about weapon of mass destruction programs that were `taking place`, programs that were `making new weapons`. (http://www.gwu.edu/~nsarchiv/NSAEBB/NSAEBB80/)[And can I say, like father like son). Guess what America, there were no weapons of mass destruction after all. (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/7634313/ns/world_news-mideast_n_africa/t/cias-final-report-) Well, no big deal right? We only lost, $656 billion of government money that could have been used in beneficial ways to help our infrastructure while balancing out our government. (By the way, our current economy thanks you Bush and Blair.) (http://www.ourfuture.org/makingsense/factsheet/iraq-war-costs). Instead, `we` hurt our people by sending them into a foreign country, killed them and injured them in order to fill the pockets of those who `truly` matter, our government body and the corporations of course, with black gold. And then there is the human cost, 4000+ killed, 30,000+ wounded. So let me ask, was it worth it? And that my friends is what happens when a government lies to its people. Our government is responsible for killing its own citizens with this act of terrorism, so I am highly doubtful that they did not have a hand in the attack on the World Trade Center. After all, isn`t that attack what initiated the needed fear for all events that followed?

  3. Then again maybe they wanted this all from the start. They knew he would try to go against them and they knew it would be a good in for the war. Then all this money spent to the weapon companies who have their lobbyists in DC
